About the Role:
We're hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to lead branding and creative design for Pixelhyp's client projects.
Responsibilities:
- Full brand identity design (logo, style guide, colors, type)
- Packaging & label design
- Social media creatives + ad creative design
- Deliver clean, modern, agency-quality designs
- Handle revisions quickly
- Coordinate with relevant stack holders for final outputs
- Manage multiple projects with consistent quality
Requirements:
- A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing expertise across branding, social media creatives, digital campaigns, print design, and motion-led visuals.
- Solid command over Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign figma.
- Sharp design instincts with a strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand identity systems.
- Ability to turn ideas into meaningful visual stories, translating abstract concepts into powerful, well-executed designs.
- Familiarity with AI design tools (Google )
- Strong communication skills for discussing creative directions with teams, with the ability to support or guide junior designers when needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple projects, delivering on deadlines, and adapting quickly to evolving briefs.
