Gaze & Grow Media is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who does not just make creatives, but understands how design shapes perception.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color psychology, branding, and storytelling through design. The designer should be able to work across multiple brands, understand different visual languages, and create social media and brand assets that feel thoughtful, refined, and strategically aligned.
The right candidate should be versatile, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of design output - from understanding the brief to developing strong visual concepts independently.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a strong understanding of typography, spacing, alignment, composition, and visual hierarchy
* Can create designs that feel clean, aesthetic, premium, modern, and emotionally engaging
* Understands that every brand has a different personality and can adapt design style accordingly
* Has an eye for branding, moodboards, visual identity, and storytelling
* Can create social media creatives, carousels, campaign designs, ad creatives, website graphics, brand decks, and presentation layouts
* Thinks beyond templates and brings original visual ideas to the table
* Can work on multiple client projects without making everything look the same
* Understands how to balance creativity with clarity
* Takes ownership instead of waiting for every small instruction
* Is open to feedback and can refine designs thoughtfully
Key Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for:
* Designing social media posts, carousels, reels covers, stories, ad creatives, and campaign visuals
* Creating brand-aligned visual systems for different clients
* Developing moodboards, visual references, and design directions
* Designing presentation decks, proposal layouts, brochures, and company profiles
* Supporting website design with banners, sections, icons, and visual assets
* Creating designs that align with the brand's tone, audience, and positioning
* Collaborating with the content and strategy team to convert ideas into strong visual narratives
* Maintaining consistency across brand colors, fonts, layouts, and overall aesthetic
* Taking ownership of the final design quality before delivery
* Exploring new visual formats and creative concepts for campaigns
Skills Required
Must-have skills:
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrator
* Canva Pro
* Figma
* Strong typography and layout skills
* Social media design experience
* Understanding of brand aesthetics and visual storytelling
* Ability to work with references and moodboards
* Good sense of color, spacing, composition, and visual balance
Good-to-have skills:
* Basic motion design
* After Effects or Premiere Pro
* Reel cover design
* Website UI design understanding
* Experience with luxury, wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands
Location: Gurgaon
Role: Full-time, in-house
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years preferred
