About Expertrons

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and digital storytelling, with the ability to create engaging visual content across multiple platforms.

As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the marketing and growth teams at Expertrons and Scale100X.ai to create impactful campaigns, branding assets, and high-performing digital creatives that elevate the visual identity of the organization.

• Design visually compelling marketing materials including:
• Social media creatives
• Brochures
• Meta & Google ad creatives
• Campaign assets
• Branding collaterals
• Create and maintain brand assets such as:
• Logos
• Presentation decks
• Templates
• Infographics
• Marketing kits
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, videos, and graphics for high-quality visual output.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on:
• Website visuals
• Landing pages
• UI/UX design support
• Campaign creatives
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and creative practices to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Figma
• Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, professional, and performance-oriented design work.
• Understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is preferred.
• Ability to take feedback positively and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
