We're looking for someone who focuses on how creatives perform.

As a Design Lead, you will drive the creation of high-performing creatives across ads, social media, and campaigns.

This role is for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, click, and convert - and can consistently build creatives that deliver results.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Performance Creatives (Primary Focus)

• Create and lead high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other platforms
• Translate marketing goals into effective visual outputs
• Build multiple creative variations for testing (hooks, formats, messaging)
• Continuously improve creatives based on performance insights

Creative Direction Across Channels

• Own visual output for ads, social media, and campaigns
• Ensure creatives are platform-relevant and high quality
• Maintain consistency while adapting to different formats and audiences
• Push for bold, scroll-stopping creative output

Execution & Ownership

• Take full ownership of creative output quality and timelines
• Review and refine designs before final delivery
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams
• Ensure fast and efficient execution in a high-paced environment

Strategy & Ideation

• Contribute to campaign ideas with a performance-first mindset
• Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform changes
• Bring fresh, relevant ideas that balance creativity with results

Systems & Scale

• Build simple processes to improve speed and consistency
• Create reusable templates and design systems
• Optimize workflows for faster turnaround

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design (agency/startup preferred)
• Strong experience in performance marketing creatives / ad design
• Portfolio showcasing ads, campaigns, and digital work (not just static posts)
• Strong understanding of:
• Paid ads creatives (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Social media formats and trends
• What drives engagement and conversions
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (Canva is a plus)
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

Bonus (Good to Have)

• Experience with D2C or performance marketing brands
• Understanding of hooks, messaging, and creative psychology
• Ability to think beyond design into business impact
