Role: Graphic Design Lead
As a Design Lead, you will own and shape the visual identity of WizCommerce across every touchpoint. From defining how our brand shows up on the website and in product storytelling, to leading campaigns, ads, and global event visuals, your work will set the creative bar for an AI-first company operating in a traditionally under-designed industry.
This role is ideal for designers with 5+ years of experience who bring exceptional taste, strong visual judgment, and a builder's mindset. If you care deeply about craft, know how to lead design decisions end-to-end, and have a clear point of view on what great design looks likeand what it doesn'tyou'll thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Visual Ownership: Lead the creation and evolution of all WizCommerce brand visual assets across digital and offline channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and a strong visual identity that reflects our AI-first positioning.
Website & Webpage Design: Own and execute web design for key webpages and landing pages, working closely with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into clean, high-impact visual experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
Advertising & Campaign Creatives: Design compelling creatives for paid ads across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other channels including static, motion, and campaign-led visuals that stand out in a competitive SaaS landscape.
Event & Experiential Design: Create all visual assets required for WizCommerce's U.S.-based events, trade shows, and conferences including booth graphics, banners, signage, presentations, merchandise, and on-ground branding that makes WizCommerce instantly recognizable.
Campaign & Content Design: Support marketing initiatives by designing assets for webinars, product launches, case studies, ebooks, social media, email campaigns, and presentations.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to translate complex ideas, AI features, and business narratives into clear, engaging, and visually compelling design.
Creative Experimentation & Quality: Continuously experiment with new visual styles, formats, and tools (including AI-powered design workflows) while maintaining high standards of design quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in graphic / visual design, preferably in SaaS, tech, or fast-paced startup environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, web/landing page design, campaign creatives, ads, and event or experiential assets.
Tool proficiency: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Motion tools like After Effects / Premiere Pro are a plus.
AI-first design skills: Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Firefly, or similar to accelerate creative output and experimentation.
Strong design fundamentals typography, layout, color systems, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Ownership mindset: Ability to take projects end-to-end, collaborate closely with marketing and leadership, and deliver consistently in a fast-moving environment.
Great taste: A strong visual sensibility and instinct for what looks good and the judgment to know when something doesn't.
