Looking for a Graphic Designer who can Read Between the Lines & Design Outside the Box.
Axelrod Ideas is a creative agency with an anchored focus on Ideas and creative, and we are looking for a graphic designer who can turn a raw brief into a brilliant concept, and translate that concept into designs that accomplish the goal of said creative, product, or asset.
We are looking for someone who can positively surprise (or even shock) us with their skills, passion, methods, and hard work. Whether you have years of agency experience or you consider yourself a gifted, self-taught prodigy, your timeline matters less to us than your ability to create stunning, on-brand, scroll-stopping, talk-of-the-town designs.
What You'll Be Doing
Design with Purpose: Create striking social media creatives, ad campaigns, and brand assets that directly support client requirements and strategic goals.
Strategize & Conceptualize: Take the initiative. Don't just wait for instructions; bring fresh, out-of-the-box concepts to the table and actively contribute to our overall design strategy.
Collaborate & Challenge: Work freely with the team while also knowing how to operate independently. We expect you to continuously challenge us, ask questions, and raise our standards of work.
Embrace the Feedback Loop: Engage in constant and continuous objective feedback with your team. We rely on this to foster a mutually beneficial atmosphere of learning (and getting work done).
Protect the Craft: Handle all Axelrod Ideas and client intellectual property with the utmost respect. We take data privacy and confidentiality very seriously and operate on a Zero Tolerance policy.
