Key Responsibilities

• Design posters, banners, infographics, and other communication creatives.
• Create and edit videos, reels, and simple motion graphics for internal campaigns.
• Design presentations and communication collateral.
• Develop visual content for employee engagement, learning, wellness, rewards & recognition, and other HR initiatives.
• Edit images, graphics, and videos as required.
• Organize and maintain design files and templates.
• Support the HR Communications team with creative requirements across various projects.
