Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create engaging and innovative visual designs for both digital and print media, including but not limited to: marketing materials, social media graphics, website banners, presentations, and more.
- Assist in the development and execution of design concepts that align with our brand identity and overall messaging.
- Edit and retouch images to enhance quality and visual appeal.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to bring cutting-edge ideas to the table.
- Support the team in preparing design files for production and distribution.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide input on design concepts and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a relevant graphic design or related program or recent graduation.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creative and design skills, with an emphasis on a variety of projects and styles.
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to feedback.
