Role Description The Graphic Design Intern role is an internship position based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the design team in creating visual assets for pitch decks, brand collaterals, social media, and presentations aligned with client brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with logo concepts, refining visual identities, editing images, preparing graphics for digital campaigns, and adapting designs for multiple formats and platforms. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams, following briefs, iterating on feedback, and ensuring consistency across all client-facing materials. The intern will also help maintain organized design files, stay updated on design trends, and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and visual storytelling approaches.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually engaging layouts and assets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and refining visual identities for startups and programs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Pitch Deck designing, Presentation designing
• Basic proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iteration are important.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup-focused environment are beneficial.
• Current students or recent graduates in Design, Visual Communication, or related fields are encouraged to apply; a portfolio showcasing relevant work is highly desirable.
