Job Title: Graphic Designer (Fresher) Location: Noida (4 Days in Office, 1 Day WFH)
Salary: 15,000 30,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
About the RoleWe're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Fresher) who has strong hands-on experience with Canva and basic working knowledge of Photoshop.
If you love designing clean, impactful visuals and want to build content that reaches millions in India's startup ecosystem this role is for you.
Most of the work will be done on Canva, but some advanced graphics will require Photoshop or Illustrator skills.
What You'll Do- Create daily graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, and website
- Design posters, banners, carousels, templates, and visual storytelling content
- Work closely with the content team to convert ideas into strong visuals
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
- Create graphic templates for quick content creation
- Support with basic photo editing, resizing, and visual clean-up (Photoshop)
- Assist in designing event creatives, podcast templates, and special campaign visuals
- Stay updated with modern design trends, startup aesthetics, and visual storytelling styles
Who We're Looking For- A fresher with at least one internship in graphic design
- Strong experience in Canva (mandatory)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Basic understanding of Illustrator is preferred (not mandatory)
- A creative mind with attention to detail and clean design sense
- Good understanding of color, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Someone who can turn ideas into simple, impactful visuals
- Passionate about startups, brands, design trends, and clean aesthetics
- Ability to work fast, meet deadlines, and stay organized
