Company Description Indian Sugar & Bio-Energy Manufacturers Association (ISMA) is the apex association representing private sugar mills across India. The organization plays a key role in the evolving sugar and bio-energy sectors, supporting the country's broader energy transition. ISMA is committed to the welfare of sugarcane farmers, for whom sugarcane is a primary source of livelihood, and works to safeguard their interests. The association collaborates closely with the Government to develop long-term, growth-oriented policies that protect farmers, millers, and consumers from the cyclical nature of the industry. Role Description This is a part time intership, on-site Graphic Design Intern role based in Delhi, India. The intern will support the design team by creating visual assets for digital and print communication, including social media graphics, presentations, reports, and event collaterals. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with concept development, refining layouts, and preparing final artwork that aligns with ISMA's brand identity and messaging. The intern will also help with image sourcing and editing, logo adaptations, and visual consistency across communication materials. Collaboration with team members to understand design requirements and meet project deadlines is expected.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear and engaging visual content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, contributing to consistent visual identity across platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing, including basic photo retouching and optimization for digital use.
- Basic proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent) is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, openness to feedback, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are desirable.
- Interest in sectors such as agriculture, sustainability, or energy transition will be an added advantage.
