About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern who is passionate, creative, and ready to produce visually compelling designs for digital marketing, branding, product UI elements, and social media campaigns. If you love turning ideas into eye-catching visuals, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, marketing campaigns, in-app banners, and website assets.
  • Work with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar to create high-quality design materials.
  • Contribute to the creation of branding materials, icons, and visual elements that strengthen FLIP's identity across platforms.
  • Assist in designing UI/UX graphics and supporting visual assets for mobile and web interfaces.
  • Edit short-format videos or motion graphics using Premiere Pro or After Effects (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to bring fresh concepts and visual ideas.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative assets.
  • Stay updated with current graphic design trends, color styles, typography, and digital design standards.

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, color theory, and layout design.
  • Proficiency in at least Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (InDesign, After Effects, or Canva is a plus).
  • A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into polished visual content.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX fundamentals (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • A portfolio or design samples showcasing your creativity (mandatory).
