Graphic Design Intern

About The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern who understands and appreciates Dream Monks's bold, performance-driven design language. This role is ideal for someone who can translate brand identity into compelling visuals across multiple consumer touch points static and motion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and adapt creatives for:
• Social media (Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
• CRM (emailers, push notifications, app banners)
• E-commerce website assets (banners, landing pages)
• Create basic motion graphics and video edits for social and digital campaigns
• Assist in developing short-form video content (reels, stories, ads)
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all formats
• Work on quick turnarounds for real-time and reactive content
• Support senior designers and marketing teams on ongoing campaigns

Required Skills

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (for video editing)
• Adobe InDesign (good to have)

Understanding of:

• Social-first video formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
• E-commerce and marketplace design requirements
