Graphic Design Intern
Location: Bastille Studios (On-site)

Whom We're Looking For
- Knows the basics of design tools (or is learning fast)
- Cares about why a design looks the way it does
- Observes good & bad design everywhere (ads, reels, posters, brands)
- Is curious, open to feedback, and willing to put in the effort
You don't need years of experience.
You do need taste, intent, and discipline.
What You'll Learn & Do
- Design original visuals for social media, brands & campaigns
- Understand brand identity, mood, tone, and audience
- Learn typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
- Work closely with writers, strategists, and editors
- Improve designs through feedback (no ego, only growth)
This is a learning-heavy internshipyou'll be guided, corrected, and pushed.
Tools (Basic Knowledge Is Enough)
- Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Figma (any one or two is fine.)
- Basic understanding of typography & layout
- Knowing when not to design is a bonus
We care more about thinking + improvement than perfection.
What We Don't Want
- Template-only designers
- Random designs with no meaning
- Looks aesthetic without purpose
- People who disappear when feedback comes in
