Graphic Design Intern

Location: Bhopal In-Office (Mandatory)

At Ankashram, we don't do boring. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes visuals. You should be someone who notices a cool font on a coffee cup, knows why a certain meme template works, and can turn a rough idea into a high-quality creative in record time.

We need a streetsmart designersomeone who can take minimal direction, handle the heat of tight deadlines, and deliver work that actually moves the needle.

• Brand Identity: Create visually stunning assets for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn), website banners, and offline marketing materials.
• Ad Creatives: Design high-conversion banners and carousels for performance marketing (like our Lazybean IPL offer!).
• Trend Adaptation: Quickly pixel-push trending memes or news into brand-relevant content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm visual storytelling concepts.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain our brand's visual library so we can move fast.

• Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma. If you can use AI tools (Midjourney/Firefly) to speed up your workflow, that's a huge plus.
• Streetsmart Aesthetic: You understand Gen Z design trendsmaximalism, bold typography, and aesthetic layouts.
• Pressure Cooker Ready: You don't crumble under tight turnarounds. You know how to prioritize and get it done.
• Good Communication: You can explain why a design works and take constructive feedback without taking it personally.
