Graphic Designer creates visual concepts (logos, layouts, images, websites) using software to communicate ideas, working with teams (marketing, copywriters) to meet project needs, managing tasks, and ensuring designs align with brand guidelines for digital and print media, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and audience engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize & Design: Develop visual concepts for ads, websites, social media, packaging, brochures, etc., using typography, color, and imagery.Collaboration: Work with marketing, content creators, and clients to understand briefs and project requirements.Software Proficiency: Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma.Production: Prepare files for print or digital use, ensuring quality and brand consistency.Branding: Maintain and evolve brand identity across all materials.Project Management: Manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback revisions.Research: Stay updated on design trends and new technologies. Core Skills & RequirementsCreativity & Visual Flair.Strong Communication Skills.Proficiency in Design Software.Understanding of Design Principles (color theory, layout).Problem-Solving & Time Management.Experience with Digital & Print Media.
