We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who's eager to learn, grow fast, and design for impact.
Role OverviewAs a Graphic Designer (Fresher), you'll work closely with our Creative Director, Marketing Managers, and Video Editors to design compelling visuals for social media, ad campaigns, and marketing collaterals. You'll get hands-on exposure to working with real brands, crafting designs that perform, and building a strong creative portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Design engaging creatives for social media posts, ad campaigns, stories, reels thumbnails, and emailers.
- Work with content and marketing teams to translate ideas into clear, visually appealing designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate on brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and design directions.
- Stay updated on design trends, typography, and colour theory.
- Take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
Requirements- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Strong understanding of layout, colour, and typography.
- A portfolio or academic project samples that demonstrate creativity and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
