About the Role
We're hiring a Graphic Design Executive who understands how visuals shape narrative.
This role is not about making posts it's about translating ecosystem stories, protocol positioning, and cultural tone into design systems that move audiences.
You will work across event IPs, campaign visuals, founder content, brand kits, and social design.
The ideal candidate understands Web3 aesthetics, cultural design cues, and the rhythm of digital-first creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts, layouts, and assets for social media, campaigns, and ecosystem announcements.
- Create and maintain design systems for events, brand launches, GTM kits, and narrative-driven campaigns.
- Translate complex ideas infra, AI + blockchain, DePIN, RWA into clear, compelling visual formats.
- Collaborate with the content, growth, and event teams for unified storytelling across formats.
- Produce assets for IRL activations: banners, signage, motion loops, merch, presentation decks.
- Maintain a consistent aesthetic aligned with ForkOff's identity (underground brutalist, pixel-tech, cultural editorial).
- Iterate designs using performance insights from social and campaign analytics.
- Manage asset libraries, templates, and brand kits for internal and client use.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in Web3, tech, or culture-led brands.
- Strong command over typography, layout, composition, motion basics, and modern visual languages.
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Figma, and creative tooling for motion or 3D (bonus).
- Ability to convert abstract narratives into clean, punchy visual frameworks.
- Familiarity with Web3 visual culture: degen, brutalist, editorial, zero-UI, and event-led design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across social, brand, and campaign design.
Bonus
- Motion graphics or video editing skills.
- Experience designing for event environments or spatial branding.
- Ability to work with design trends emerging from crypto Twitter, Farcaster, and Web3 subcultures.
