ROLE OVERVIEW:

For our client in the F&B industry, we are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Executive with a strong passion for the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

The core mission of this role is to translate the brand's premium identity into visually compelling creatives across multiple touchpointsfrom physical packaging and in-store graphics to engaging digital and social media campaigns.

This role is vital to our growth trajectory, as your designs will directly interact with lakhs of customers daily, shaping their perception of our client's legacy brand and driving both online and offline engagement.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. PRINT & PACKAGING DESIGN

• Conceptualize and design attractive packaging that aligns with the brand's premium F&B positioning.

• Design high-quality print materials, including posters, banners, and promotional flyers.

• Ensure all print files are accurately set up for production and liaise with vendors when necessary.

2. RETAIL & IN-STORE GRAPHICS

• Create engaging visual assets and graphics specifically tailored for physical retail stores.

• Design menu boards, standees, and point-of-sale (POS) marketing materials.

• Ensure in-store visual merchandising is cohesive and elevates the customer experience.

3. DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA CREATIVES

• Design dynamic graphics for performance marketing ads across various digital platforms.

• Create aesthetically pleasing and engaging social media creatives tailored to an F&B audience.

• Adapt and format designs for multiple digital mediums, including e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

a) Must-Haves:

• Educational qualification: Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Years of experience: Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in graphic design.

• Industry Experience: Direct experience designing for the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is required.

b) Nice-to-Haves:

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, GIF creation, or video editing.

• Understanding of print production processes and material selection for F&B packaging.

• Experience working with legacy retail brands undergoing digital transformation.

c) Tools & Skills Required:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience with collaborative design tools like Figma or Canva for quick digital asset generation.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
