We are looking for a highly organized and creative Graphic Coordinator to join our growing team and help streamline our creative processes.

Role Overview:-

As a Graphic Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our creative team, clients, and project timelines. You will oversee the creation, organization, and delivery of visual assets, ensuring that all deliverables align with our high standards for brand identity and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:-

Design & Coordination: Assist in the conceptualization and creation of compelling visual assets for brand identity projects, marketing collateral, and digital platforms.

Project Management: Track multiple design projects simultaneously, manage daily design schedules, and ensure tight deadlines are consistently met.

Asset Management: Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital library of graphic elements, 3D assets, fonts, and reference materials for easy access by the creative team.

Quality Assurance: Review final layouts, graphics, and visual presentations for accuracy, formatting consistency, and strict adherence to client brand guidelines before final delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central communication liaison between graphic designers, visualizers, and management to keep projects moving smoothly.

Process Improvement: Help develop and maintain clear workflows for receiving design requests, processing feedback, and dispatching final files.

Education & Experience:-

Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience: 13 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, project coordination, or a similar role within a creative agency setting. (Highly organized freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also be considered).

Key Skills:-

Technical: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Basic familiarity with 3D visualization workflows is a strong plus.

Organizational: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly translate creative feedback and project briefs.

Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color schemes, and layout details.
