Role Purpose
As enterprise brands increasingly compete on credibility, differentiation, and modern perception, strong visual communication becomes critical.
This role exists to help create design systems, campaigns, and visual narratives that are:

Key Responsibilities
- Visual Design & Creative Execution
Design assets across:
- Social media
- Campaigns
- Presentations
- Websites
- Reports
- Digital marketing
- Brand communication
- Event and experiential touchpoints
- Translate complex B2B and technology concepts into clean, modern visual narratives
- Support campaign ideation and visual storytelling across client accounts
- Maintain strong attention to layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and composition
2. Brand Consistency & Quality
- Ensure all work aligns with brand systems, guidelines, and communication objectives
- Maintain high standards of design quality, consistency, and craft across deliverables
- Reduce rework through strong understanding of briefs and contextual requirements
- Maintain zero tolerance for careless visual errors or poor alignment standards
3. Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with content, account, strategy, and digital teams across projects
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, reviews, and feedback discussions
- Collaborate effectively within fast-moving agency workflows and timelines
- Support junior designers or production workflows as required
4. Design Systems, Tools & AI
- Stay updated on visual design trends, digital formats, AI-assisted workflows, and evolving creative tools
- Explore smarter systems, reusable assets, and workflow improvements where relevant
- Continuously improve design thinking, speed, and creative quality
5.Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working on B2B, technology, enterprise, or digital-first brands is preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, brand design, or digital design roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern visual communication across digital and brand formats
- Strong understanding of typography, grids, layout systems, and visual storytelling
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Ability to simplify complex ideas visually and communicate clearly through design
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
