We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Artist – Vector Recreation to join our Recreation Department.

This role is ideal for someone who considers vectorization and artwork recreation their core strength and has a sharp eye for detail, precision, proportion, and production requirements.

You will be responsible for transforming raster images, logos, sketches, and existing artwork into clean, accurate, editable, and production-ready vector artwork.

• Recreate artwork, logos, illustrations, and graphics into high-quality vector formats.
• Convert raster/JPG/PNG artwork into clean and editable vector files.
• Handle simple to highly complex vector recreation projects.
• Accurately reproduce shapes, typography, colors, gradients, shadows, and fine details.
• Ensure artwork is properly constructed and suitable for production.
• Prepare files according to specific customer and production requirements.
• Follow instructions and specifications provided with each job.
• Review artwork carefully before submission to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Communicate clearly whenever requirements are unclear rather than making assumptions.
• Manage multiple artwork assignments while maintaining quality and turnaround times.

• Exceptional vectorization and vector recreation skills.
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW.
• Excellent understanding of vector paths, nodes, curves, shapes, typography, and color.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify even minor inconsistencies.
• Ability to recreate artwork accurately from low-resolution or poor-quality references.
• Good understanding of print and production artwork requirements.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex artwork with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to accuracy, consistency, and deadlines.
• Experience with promotional products, apparel, screen printing, signage, or related production artwork is an advantage.

We are not looking for a general graphic designer.
