• Checkcrop,format,legibilityandbrandsystemacrosschannels.
• UsesourceproductIDs,imagesandapprovedcopyflaginconsistencies.

Organisemasters,versionsandhand-offfilesforpublication

• Reviewon-timeassetdelivery,exceptionsandtheactionsduethisweek.
• Coordinatedependenciesneededtocheckcrop,format,legibilityandbrandsystemacrosschannels.
• Coachorsupportrelevantteamsusingrealwork,evidenceandcustomerimpact.

• Publishareconciledscorecardcoveringon-timeassetdelivery,revision/reworkrateandfacterrors,usableformatcoverageacrosschannels.
• Reviewrepeaterrors,ageing,avoidablecostandcapacityassigncorrectiveaction.
• Confirmthatprocedures,access,approvalsandrecordsstillmatchhowtheworkoperates.
