Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Granulation Operator located in Bavla. The Granulation Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring granulation equipment, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include equipment maintenance, raw material handling, executing production batches as per instructions, and maintaining accurate documentation of the granulation process. The role also requires strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating granulation equipment, handling raw materials, and executing production processes
- Technical understanding of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimizing granulation parameters
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and quality compliance within manufacturing or production environments
- Excellent attention to detail and capability to maintain accurate and organized documentation
- Ability to follow SOPs and work collaboratively in a team
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Educational qualifications such as a diploma or degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field are advantageous
