Summary: UdyogYantra.AI, an award-winning deep-tech startup (Global Runner-Up at FAO World Food Forum 2025, National Startup Awardee 2025 in Supply Chain), is looking for a sharp, research-driven intern to help identify, track, and apply for grants and non-dilutive funding opportunities. This is a 2-to-4-month internship with a competitive stipend and strong potential to convert into a longer-term role for top performers.

Who are we in detail. UdyogYantra.AI is an award-winning early-stage deep-tech startup building a globally unique Food 4.0 platform that combines AI infrastructure, digital workflows, industrial IoT, ERP, and traceability for enterprise food manufacturers and supply chains. We are a Global Runner-Up at the UN World Food Forum 2025 – Digital Food Processing Award, a Winning AI Solution at the India AI Impact Summit, and the Supply Chain Startup of the Year at the National Startup Awards 2025. Non-dilutive capital is a serious growth lever for us and we want one dedicated person helping us go after it systematically.

Location: Bengaluru / Delhi

What will you do

• Research and identify grants, subsidies, and non-dilutive funding programmes: Indian government (BIRAC, DST, TDB, MoFPI, NABARD, state-level schemes) and international impact/development funders.
• Build and maintain a live tracker of opportunities with eligibility criteria, deadlines, required documents, and status.
• Read scheme guidelines end to end and flag what we qualify for with clear reasoning.
• Draft first cuts of applications, project proposals, and supporting narratives in collaboration with our founding and tech teams.
• Chase inputs, annexures, and sign-offs across teams to keep every submission on deadline.
• Support post-award compliance: milestone reporting, utilisation certificates, and documentation.

What we are looking for

• Current student (2nd year onwards) or recent graduate. Any discipline. No prior grant-writing experience needed.
• A genuinely strong writer who can make dense, technical things clear and compelling.
• Highly organised. You don't let deadlines slip.
• Strong research instincts. You know how to dig beyond page one of Google.
• Curiosity about food-tech, agri-tech, climate, or deep-tech startups.
• High transparency, ownership, and comfort working in an early-stage startup with ambiguity and pace.
