Role Overview
We are seeking a Grants Manager to lead the end-to-end management of grant funding opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying relevant grants, preparing and submitting proposals, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring compliance, tracking milestones, and managing grant reporting and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate grant funding opportunities.
- Prepare, review, and submit grant proposals and budgets.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and operations teams.
- Manage grant timelines, compliance, reporting, and documentation.
- Monitor active grants and prepare progress reports.
- Track funding trends and support strategic funding initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of proven experience in grant writing, grant management, or fundraising is required.
- Strong proposal writing, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience managing grant applications, compliance, reporting, and documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Public Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, medical technology, robotics, research, or nonprofit sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, documentation systems, and grant management tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ethical standards.
