Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes duties of a Grants Coordinator I:
- Set up individual site budgets in the appropriate payment tracking system.
- Review, verify, and process Investigator payments as required by contract.
- Invoice coding and filing to ensure financial transparency for all payments.
- Generate investigative site payment reports for project team review.
- Coordinate with the Grants team to ensure workflow progression.
- Coordinate grant payment activities with the appropriate Project Management staff and Finance to assure timely Investigator payments.
- Support Grants department communication and inquiries.
- Respond to project team and site questions regarding grant payments.
- Participate in the ongoing setup and transition of the grants payment system to ensure it meets business needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely site issue resolution.
- Provide site payment documentation for sponsor audits, as requested.
- Assist the team with troubleshooting payment issues in a timely fashion.
- Participate in new project Kick-off Meetings.
- Other administrative duties as assigned to support the department by the manager.
Education
Bachelor s degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.
Experience
Preferred 1-3 years of experience in Clinical Research and/or Finance-related activities.
