- Excellent document structuring, compliance tracking, and version control skills
- Ability to manage multiple funding applications simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative documentation tools
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end preparation of grant funding applications and fund-raising documents
- Own technical, commercial, and impact narratives for funding submissions
- Interpret funding call documentation and map requirements to project capabilities
- Coordinate with engineering, R&D, finance, legal, and management teams for inputs
- Develop project descriptions, work plans, budgets, risk sections, and impact statements
- Review and refine junior team members drafts to ensure quality and compliance
- Prepare investor-facing materials including pitch decks, funding notes, and summaries
- Manage submission timelines, reviewer queries, and resubmission strategies
- Support post-award reporting, compliance documentation, and audits
- Contribute to improving internal templates, processes, and funding strategies

Applicants must also have a strong foundational understanding of physics relevant to their area of expertise, whether in electronics, mechanical systems, fluid dynamics, or related engineering disciplines. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world testing and development are essential for this role.
