Role Overview
We are inviting enthusiastic fresh graduates to join us as Trainees in our Employee Experience or Learning & Development (L&D) teams. The final placement will be decided based on the interview evaluation. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to people-centric initiatives while building strong foundations in HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on placement in Employee Experience, responsibilities may include:
Assisting in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
Preparing and maintaining reports, feedback, and communication related to employee initiatives.
Managing logistics and ensuring smooth execution of HR projects.
Collaborating with team members to design and enhance workplace experiences.
What We're Looking For
Fresh graduate (any discipline) HR/Management specialization preferred.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Attention to detail with ability to organize tasks effectively.
Enthusiasm for learning and openness to feedback.
Positive attitude with realistic expectations and a collaborative mindset.
