Job Description

Key Competences

  • Basics of EDI standards (e.g., EDIFACT, ANSI X12, VDA, IDoc) and integration workflows
  • Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and supporting EDI transactions and message flows
  • Support EDI partner onboarding, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Use basic UNIX/Linux commands for file processing
  • Assist in documenting EDI processes, mappings, and support procedures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Logistics) and external partners
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure data accuracy and timely communication

Skills Required

  • UNIX/Linux commands for file processing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0 - 1 year experience in TSIM
  • Knowledge in Google Suites, Microsoft office tools and web navigation

Added Advantage

  • Willingness to learn EDI tools and integration technologies
  • Familiarity with basic UNIX/Linux commands
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.)
