This is a position based in Bangalore, India.
The duration of the internship program will be 1 year.
In this role, you will work with cross functional teams ranging from Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, and Development to maintain reliability, scalability, efficiency and availability of production environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide First level support for all production incidents on GCP & AWS Infrastructure.
- Ensure Observability is an integral part of the infrastructure and provide adequate visibility about their health, utilization, and availability.
- Perform infra & application deployments by adhering to the change management process.
- Schedule, Manage and troubleshoot Batch jobs.
- Collaborate and communicate extensively with cross functional teams. Should be open to support 24/7 shifts.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with building Infrastructure Platforms and CI/CD pipelines in a major public cloud provider GCP preferred.
- Familiar with Kubernetes and its ecosystem Containerd/Docker, Terraform, ArgoCD.
- Familiar with observability platforms/tools like ELK/Grafana/Prometheus/Cloud metrics, etc.
- Familiar with Python, Golang or a similar language.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Information Technology/ Electronics & communication / Electrical & Electronics. Should have graduated in 2024/ 2025.
