ABOUT THE ROLE

Dataseashore Technology is looking for recent technology graduates who are curious, hands-on and serious about building a career in technology.

This is not a hiring drive for one fixed technology stack.

We are looking for strong early-career talent first. Based on your aptitude, interests and demonstrated capability, you may work across:

• AI & Generative AI

• Data & Analytics

• Data Engineering

• Full Stack / MERN

• Python & Backend Development

• Cloud & DevOps

• Automation & Integrations

• Software Engineering

Your technology track can evolve based on your strengths, interests and the problems you are able to solve.

WHAT YOU MAY WORK ON

Depending on your strengths and assigned technology track, you may work on:

• Generative AI and AI applications

• LLMs, RAG and AI agents

• Python development

• Data analytics and data engineering

• SQL and databases

• React, Node.js and MERN applications

• Backend APIs and integrations

• Cloud applications

• Workflow and business-process automation

• Internal technology products

• Client-facing technology solutions

• Prototypes that may evolve into production applications

You are not expected to know all of these technologies.

We are more interested in your ability to learn, think, solve problems and build.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Please apply if you:

• Have completed B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA

• Are a fresher or recent graduate

• Want to build a serious career in technology

• Have basic programming knowledge

• Are comfortable learning new technologies

• Enjoy solving problems

• Can learn independently

• Are willing to work across technologies rather than restricting yourself to one stack

• Are available for full-time employment

• Are willing to work on-site in Gurugram

• Are comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving technology company

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

We care more about what you have tried to build than how many certificates you have collected.

It could be:

• A college project

• A website or web application

• A MERN application

• A Python application

• An AI chatbot or AI agent

• A Data or Analytics project

• An API integration

• An automation workflow

• A dashboard

• A cloud project

• A GitHub repository

• Any technology prototype you built yourself

Your project does not need to be perfect.

We want to understand:

• What did you build

• What part did you personally work on

• What problems did you face

• How did you solve them

• What did you learn

You do not need to decide your entire technology career before joining.

We want to identify people with strong fundamentals and learning ability and then align them with the technology track where they can perform best.

SELECTION PROCESS

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to:

• Explain something they have built

• Share a GitHub, portfolio or project link

• Solve a basic programming or logical problem

• Work through a real-world technology use case

• Explore an unfamiliar technology and explain their approach

• Complete a short practical assignment

We are not looking for candidates who have memorised hundreds of interview questions.

We are looking for graduates who can:

This opportunity is specifically intended for freshers and recent graduates starting their technology careers.

Eligible qualifications:

B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA
