We provide multidisciplinary engineering support, digital modelling, coordination, and design and construction documentation services.

Through Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), we help improve constructability, reduce rework, streamline coordination, and support efficient project delivery from design through construction.

About the Role

ODE Consultants is looking for Engineering Trainees who are interested in building a career in engineering, virtual construction, multidisciplinary coordination and construction documentation.

This is an office-based engineering role focused on developing coordinated digital models, engineering drawings and construction documentation for international projects. It is not a site construction role.

Who Can Apply

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, or Architectural
• Fresh graduates and recent pass-outs are welcome to apply
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer proficiency and ability to understand engineering drawings
• Willingness to work from our Noida office
• Serious interest in building a long-term engineering career

What You Will Learn & Work On

Selected candidates will receive practical training and project exposure in areas such as:

• Virtual construction modelling
• Engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Multidisciplinary services coordination
• Construction and installation drawings
• Clash detection and resolution
• As-built drawings and documentation
• CAD drafting
• Quantity schedules and project documentation
• Coordination of engineering information across different disciplines
• International project standards and workflows

​Added Advantage

Prior training, familiarity or exposure to the following will be an added advantage:

• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Navisworks
• Other relevant engineering or digital construction tools
• Academic projects involving engineering drawings, modelling or coordination

Prior software exposure is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong engineering fundamentals, excellent communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn will also be considered.
