Applications are invited from eligible candidates on plain paper or in the attached format (Form B) for the following position(s) in the research project Design of Battery Materials: Doping and defect structural evolution analysis under low and high-energy irradiation

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Fellowship / Honorarium / Stipend in Rs.

Student without NET/GATE will get Rs.14000/- per month for two years and for the third and final year fellowship will be Rs.16000/-Per month.

Student with NET/GATE qualification will get fellowship of Rs.25000/- per month for two years and for the third and final year fellowship will be Rs.28000/- per month.

Tenure: 3 years or end of the project, whichever is earlier (yearly renewal depending on the performance of the candidate and extension by the funding agency)

Essential Qualifications

MSc/MTech Electronics, Physics, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Nanotechnology or in relevant disciplines with minimum 60 % marks or CGPA 6.75 (on a 10-point scale).
