Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote financial products and services, acquire new customers, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers for gold loans and other financial products.
Explain company products, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Conduct field visits and local marketing activities when required.
Maintain proper documentation and customer records.
Requirements
Full-time MBA/PGDM Candidates from any recognized University/College .
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of banking or finance products preferred.
Sales experience is an added advantage.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
