What You'll Do (Phase-Based Growth Path)

Phase 1: Field Sales & Business Fundamentals

• Represent the organisation in direct field sales / customer acquisition.
• Develop communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Understand consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and performance metrics.
• Learn how high-performing sales teams are built and managed.

Phase 2: Team Leadership Development

• Train and mentor new recruits.
• Support daily team planning, motivation, and performance tracking.
• Learn people management, coaching, and leadership fundamentals.
• Take responsibility for small teams and targets.

Phase 3: Management & Business Operations

• Manage teams, campaigns, and client outcomes.
• Learn strategic planning, operations, and decision-making.
• Work closely with senior leadership on business growth initiatives.
• Prepare for long-term roles in management, consulting, or leadership.
