This on-site, full-time Graduate Management Trainee role will be based in Bhubaneswar. The Graduate Management Trainee will assist in various management functions, participate in structured on-the-job training across departments, and gain a thorough understanding of business operations. Responsibilities include supporting project execution, analyzing business performance data, engaging with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
