- Basic to intermediate knowledge in sales to support cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Ability to utilize knowledge bases efficiently, maximizing information retrieval and customer service.
- Well-versed in managing client expectations and providing exemplary service, ensuring high customer retention.
