Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET)

Location: Coimbatore | Experience: 0–2 years | Full-time

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program at Greenvironment provides young engineers with hands-on exposure to water & wastewater engineering, energy management, IoT, automation, and smart sustainability solutions through live projects.

• 6 months structured training – classroom learning, field training, and live project exposure.
• Based on performance and aptitude, trainees may progress into Sales, Business, or Project Specialist roles.
• Consolidated monthly pay for the first 12 months, based in Coimbatore.
• Successful performance during this period will lead to confirmation as a full-time employee.
• After confirmation, deployment may be across markets, regions, projects, or Greenvironment offices based on business requirements.

• B.E./B.Tech graduates in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in sustainability, technology, field engineering, and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Candidates must be willing to travel and relocate based on project and business requirements.
