Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graduate Engineering Trainee, based in Chennai. The trainee will be responsible for assisting in civil engineering projects, managing on-site operations, collaborating with teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards, and supporting project and manufacturing engineering tasks. Daily responsibilities will include planning, supervision, and monitoring to ensure the effective execution of projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analytical skills to evaluate project requirements, identify solutions, and improve processes.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge in project management to aid in tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in manufacturing and mechanical engineering.
  • A diploma in civil engineering with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with construction site practices and standards is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and in challenging environments to meet project objectives.
