Role Purpose

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee who is passionate about Sales and Distribution. The role will support regional sales team, to drive GT (General Trade) Sales, to ensure achieve sales and collection targets and managing dealer and distributor relationship.

Job Description -

• Achieve sales and collection targets.
• Manage dealer and distributor relationships.
• Expand market coverage and retailer network.
• Drive new product sales and promotional activities.
• Ensure effective use of sales systems and processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory and support branch operations.
• Track market trends and competitor activities.

Qualification and experience -

• BE/B. Tech graduates (Any Specialization)
• Pass-out years: 2025 & 2026
• MBA candidates are not eligible
