Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Project Executive to support the execution of residential and commercial interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of civil works, interior fit-outs, construction drawings, materials, and site coordination. The role involves working closely with design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution, quality standards, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Read and interpret architectural, interior design, and civil construction drawings.
• Coordinate with interior designers, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in material planning, procurement follow-ups, inventory tracking, and resource management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Identify site-level technical issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, measurement records, and other project documentation.
• Track project schedules, identify delays, and support timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, false ceiling, painting, and other interior finishing works.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in interior execution, construction, or site coordination.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Understanding of interior materials, construction methods, measurements, and finishing details.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with contractors, vendors, designers, and clients.
• Basic project management skills, including scheduling, material tracking, and site documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address site-level challenges.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and construction site safety practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Willingness to work on-site across project locations in Hyderabad.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and coordinate with different teams.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative approach to work.
• Candidates with experience in premium residential interiors or turnkey interior execution will be preferred.
