About Role

Location - Rabale , Navi Mumbai

Graduate Engineer Trainees GETs play a crucial role in each and every data center business of Aurionpro, covering functions such as design, engineering, and new process development. GETs get a role very specific to their area of expertise from the graduate level onwards. Activities that are typically envisaged for GETs are engineering design calculations, computer-aided high-end engineering drawings, simulation software such as AutoCAD, DiaLux Evo, design optimization, basic and detail engineering, computational fluid dynamics CFD, troubleshooting, single point failure analysis and new technology development. These require some basic degree in the relevant engineering discipline, mechanical or electrical, over and above the basic human capabilities and knowledge base of a graduate engineer. The academic background of a GET, academic project work carried out, and his or her performance during the selection process determine the suitability of the candidate for an intended function. However, a balanced skill development plan through appropriate internal and external training intervention is necessary to enable the GETs to develop and perform to their fullest potential. The program trains the students in deeper theoretical knowledge, which will enable them to tackle practical complex problems of design and development in industrial fields such as data centers and mission-critical facilities, as well as to pursue further academic achievements through research.
