Graduate Engineer Trainee – Production (GET – Production)

PKL is the cylinder and appliances manufacturing company located in Hyderabad. We are looking for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Production Department. The selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training and will be involved in daily manufacturing operations, production planning support, quality monitoring, and process improvement activities.

Freshers or graduates with 1-2 yrs of production expousre are invited to apply.

• Assist in day-to-day shop-floor production activities
• Monitor machine performance, output, and adherence to production schedules
• Coordinate with operators to ensure smooth workflow and timely output
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and SOPs
• Support in-process inspections and rejection analysis
• Follow safety standards and quality systems
• Maintain shift-wise production data and reports
• Participate in 5S, productivity improvement, and waste reduction initiatives
• Support implementation of lean manufacturing practices
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams
• Gain exposure to ISO systems, audits, and statutory compliance practices

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering)
• Experience: Fresher or up to 1-2 years of experience

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Willingness to work in a shop-floor environment
• Strong learning orientation and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
