Job Description

Supporting PMO operations and project lifecycle management across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Managing project trackers, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely execution.

Preparing MoM, project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and management updates.

Tracking and analysing project data, KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource utilization to support data-driven decision-making
Coordinating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT, testing, infrastructure, and vendors for project deliverables.

Supporting SIT/UAT, defect tracking, deployment readiness, go-live, and post-implementation activities.

Assisting with change management, project governance, compliance, documentation, and process standardization.

Supporting SAP S/4HANA-related project activities, data tracking, reporting, and coordination across business/technical teams.

Using Excel and data analytics for project reporting, tracking, analysis, and visualization.

Supporting project budget, invoice, timesheet, and resource tracking while maintaining accurate project documentation.

Contributing to continuous improvement through process automation, data-driven insights, and PMO best practices.
