Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring safe, effective operations and maintenance of tower sites in the assigned area to meet company's objective of delivering highest uptime along with cost and energy efficiencies.
Key responsibilities include Site Uptime management, ESH compliance, Customer Management, Site Quality & Process Compliance, Energy Management & Team Management.
Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering is a must. Knowledge of DG sets, AC power management system, DC power management system, Battery backup system, HVAC, antenna & basics of GSM/CDMA technology will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile:

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech (EEE/ECE/Mech) 2025 passed out students without any backlogs
Minimum 60% marks in Xth, XIIth & Graduation is mandatory
Since it is a Field role, own 2-wheeler & a valid Driving License is a mandatory for applicants
