Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical) / MBA (Operations) – 2026 Passouts / Freshers welcome
Experience: Fresher Preferred
Salary: 3 LPA – 4 LPA

Job Responsibilities

Assist in procurement of raw materials, hardware, engineering items, and production consumables
Follow up with vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and material dispatch
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
Compare quotations and support cost analysis activities
Coordinate with Production, Stores, QC, and Dispatch departments for material requirements
Track pending materials and ensure timely availability
Support vendor development and vendor performance tracking
Maintain ERP/Excel procurement data and documentation
Ensure proper filing of invoices, GRN, and purchase documents

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP handling
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Good analytical and documentation skills
Able to read engineering drawings (ISO/ANSI standards)
Able to carry out inspection and measurement using standard tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges in accordance with internal quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949) and drawing specifications.
