Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join our team at our Head Office in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a background in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with internship or short-term experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or project environment. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure, learn company processes, and develop technical and managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution under the supervision of senior engineers.

Support operations, maintenance, or design activities depending on department allocation.

Participate in troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives.

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and analysis as required.

Work cross-functionally with different departments such as Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety.

Learn and adhere to company standards, procedures, and safety protocols.

Contribute to team projects and take initiative in assigned tasks.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge in core engineering subjects (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to dynamic work environments.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of engineering tools/software.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
