Graduate Engineer Trainee - Field Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards, site hygiene, and SOPs.
• Customer Management: Support customer interactions, site access, outage resolution, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Site Quality & Process Compliance: Maintain site quality standards, conduct audits, and enforce process compliance.
• Energy Management: Manage diesel consumption, AC/DC power systems, battery backups, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Uptime Management: Monitor and maintain site uptime; conduct RCA for outages and preventive measures.
• Team Management: Supervise technicians, conduct training, and manage site allocation.
• Landlord Management: Ensure site access, resolve site hygiene issues, and maintain good relations with landlords.

What We Are Looking For

• Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering.
• Familiarity with DG sets, AC/DC power management systems, battery backup systems, HVAC, antenna systems, and basic GSM/CDMA technology is an added advantage.
