Our Pre-Placement Internship (PPI) is a structured pathway towards a full-time Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)role.

Phase 1 – Pre-Placement Internship (3–6 Months)

You'll gain hands-on experience in:

Electrical distribution systems

Panels, cabling & site execution

Drawings, BOQs & estimation

Project documentation & planning

Coordination with clients, consultants & vendors

Role offers exposure to Live Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial, Hospitality & Infrastructure projects. Successful candidates will be considered for a full-time position based on their performance during the internship.

Phase 2 – Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Continue your journey with structured learning, technical mentoring, and increasing responsibilities across project execution, engineering coordination, planning and EPC delivery.

BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Final-year students or recent graduates

0–2 years of experience

Strong engineering fundamentals

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Comfortable working on project sites and adapting to dynamic project environments

Training: Nagpur Headquarters

Deployment after Training: Office and Project Sites across India (as per project requirements)

During Pre-Placement Internship

8,000/month stipend

15,000 completion bonus (5,000 × 3 months), payable upon successful completion

Upon Confirmation as GET

• GET – Year 1: 4.00 LPA

• GET – Year 2: 4.15 LPA
